Enjoying the Rhythm

What's your morning routine? Does it help get you into a good rhythm for the day?

While our kids lived at home, just getting the day going with smiling faces, and the house reasonably clean seemed like a hard thing to accomplish each day. But the effort to make that happen was worth it!

With an 'empty nest' now, I get to enjoy my own rhythm each day, which often includes a surprise bit of card crafting first thing when I wake up. It's funny that my most creative time is when I first get up out of bed.....it's not all that convenient a time, really! Here is what my morning produced a week ago.
