Painted Pheasant

Here's the barn again! I know I'm not the only one who can't stop using it with every other stamp I own, so I apologize if you are getting very tired of seeing it. I still have more uses for it, but I promise this is the last one I'll be showing here.

I wanted to do a nice Thanksgiving card this week, and nothing goes as well with this pheasant as the barn. I could have brought out the retired Rustic Cabin, but I thought it might be better to show something people can actually still buy.

The pheasant has a very nicely detailed ringed tail and neck. You'll find it very easy to color, or just stamp tone on tone for a great effect too.
